What is Scrubber?

The scrubber is a new type of gas purification treatment equipment. It is produced on the basis of the floatable packing layer gas purifier, and is widely used in the pretreatment of industrial exhaust gas purification, dust removal, etc., and the purification effect is very good. For the coal gasification process, gas washing is inevitable, and this unit operation is used regardless of the coal gasification technology. Because its working principle is similar to the washing process, it is called the washing tower.

The PP acid mist scrubber uses the contact between the gas and the liquid to transfer the contaminants in the gas to the liquid, and then separates the cleaning gas from the contaminated liquid to achieve the purpose of purifying the air. The exhaust gas is treated by a gas-liquid reverse absorption method through a packed acid mist scrubbing tower, that is, the liquid is sprayed downward from the top of the tower in a mist (or small droplets). The exhaust gas is brought to the gas-liquid contact by the tower body (reverse flow). This treatment can cool the exhaust gas, conditioning the gas and remove the particles, and then discharge it into the atmosphere after being treated by the defogging section.
