Flame Retardant PP Sheet

Widely used in engineering equipment, chemical equipment, environmental protection equipment and electroplating equipment, flame retardant PP sheet has more advantages compared with common PP sheet, which mainly reflected in the excellent flame retardancy effect as its flame retardancy grade could reach to V0. Besides flame retardancy, flame retardant PP sheet has many other features such as acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, UV resistance, tasteless colorless and harmless, pressure and impact resistance and so on. And for the smooth surface and high hardness as well as uneasy to scratch, it is usually used in cabinets, furniture, etc.

Application:

Mainly used in metal plating equipment, environmental protection equipment, chemical equipment, solar cleaning equipment, floor, pallet, food and other industries.

Standard size : 1500mm * 3000 mm (other size could be customized)

Thickness: 3-30 mm

Color: grey, dark grey

Level: V - 0 grade

Features: waterproof, flame retardant, acid and alkali resistant, mothproof, light weight, heat preservation, sound insulation, shock absorption.

Board surface: smooth, mechanical texture is not obvious, milky white without chromatic aberration and stains, no obvious pits.pinholes.holes.cracks.

Note: if non-milky foam board infiltrates into recycled waste board, it not belongs to environment-friendly board as environmental one does not contain lead (content should be less than European and American standards).

Board side: flat incision, fine pore, no pinhole and big hole, powder drop is not frequent and intensive, no bee hole, the opening fiber falls off automatically without jumping.

Remarks:

The FR grade of plastic increases gradually from HB, V-2 to V-0:

1.HB: The lowest flame retardancy level in the UL94 standard which requires the combustion speed of samples with a thickness among 3~13mm to be less than 40mm/min and samples with a thickness less than 3mm to be less than 70mm/min; Or extinguished before the 100mm mark.

2.V-2: After twice 10s combustion tests on the sample, the flame was extinguished within 60s. Combustor drops could be allowed.

3.V-1: After twice 10s combustion tests on the sample, the flame was extinguished within 60s. Combustor drops is not be allowed.

4.V-0: After twice 10s combustion tests on the sample, the flame was extinguished within 30s. Combustor drops is not be allowed.
